![]() ![]() Did I put rest days on that calendar? Nope. How do I know what I’m supposed to do and when? Well, since I’m doing multiple workout programs, I have my own special calendar that I have created to keep track and make sure I get a little bit of everything in every day. So, there have been several days that I have done 2 workouts from the program and I have skipped several rest days. Unfortunately, I don’t like taking rest days. As I stated in my last post, I know it is recommended to take rest days. I know I’m not going to get the results I want as quick as I would like if I only do one workout here and there. When I get started on my workouts, I really get into them. Now, I know the dates don’t add up and I’ll tell you why. I am currently in what is considered the Lean For Life “month”. ![]() ![]() I started ChaLEAN Extreme on September 29, 2016. I love the way she motivates me, even though she is recorded and can’t see me! She has high energy and likes to crack jokes now and then in her videos. Chalene Johnson is an awesome trainer! She has become my new best friend since I started her program, ChaLEAN Extreme. ![]()
